Support & FAQ
Welcome to the Support & FAQ page! Whether you need to review the standard Greek font license for commercial projects, check specific language support, or get help with file formats, you will find all the answers below.
Installation & Use Guide
If you need help, check my guide for step-by-step instructions on installing your files and turning on OpenType features.
1. Licensing & Usage
Yes! The Standard Desktop License covers both personal and commercial use. You are welcome to use the fonts for branding, logos, social media graphics, and printed materials like posters or packaging. The standard license covers up to three (3) users at a single geographic location.
Yes. The Standard Desktop License is strictly for desktop software use (like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Word). If you want to use the font for live text on a website (HTML/CSS), embed it in a mobile app, or use it in an e-book, you will need a separate Web Font, Application, or ePUB license.
Your standard license covers up to three users on your own team at your location. You cannot share the raw font files (.otf or .ttf) with clients, outside freelancers, or third parties—they must purchase their own license. However, if you are sending a project to a commercial printer, you may safely embed the font into a print-ready, non-editable PDF for them to use.
You can absolutely use the fonts for physical merchandise like t-shirts, mugs, and greeting cards. However, the license prohibits the creation of products that are essentially just isolated, individual letterforms. For example, you cannot use the fonts to create alphabet stamps, individual letter stickers, 3D laser-cut letters, or alphabet wall decals.
Yes! If you need to embed my typography into a website, a mobile app, or an e-book, please get in touch for a specific digital license. I also offer Corporate/Multi-User licenses for larger teams, as well as modifications if you need a customized version of a font for a specific branding project. 2. Language & Character Support
Because my focus is entirely on Greek typography, the character support varies by typeface. While some of my fonts are designed specifically for Greek alone, many others feature full multilingual support, including complete Latin (English) character sets. Please read the description on the specific font’s product page to see exactly which languages are supported before purchasing.
Yes! You don’t have to guess how your project will look. On every single product page, there is a live “Test Font” input box. You can type in your own custom text, names, or branding phrases to see exactly how the characters and ligatures render in real time before you make a decision.
3. File Formats & Support
When you purchase a standard desktop license, you will receive the font in .OTF (OpenType) and/or .TTF (TrueType) formats. I always recommend installing the .OTF version, as it contains the advanced typographic features, custom ligatures, and alternate characters built into the design.
Don’t worry, this is usually a quick fix! Sometimes design software simply needs to be completely closed and restarted after a new font is installed. Because font files are digital downloads, all sales are final and I cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been purchased. However, I want you to have a great experience using my typefaces. If you run into any technical issues with the files themselves, please reach out via the Contact page and I will be happy to help you troubleshoot.
