Welcome to GreekFonts.gr. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your access to our digital products, including fonts, graphic resources, and freebies. By using this site or downloading any item, free or paid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its content.

1. Who We Are

The website greekfonts.gr is owned and operated by Kyriaki Dimitriadou, an individual designer based in Switzerland. All transactions and licensing agreements are entered into with Kyriaki Dimitriadou.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

All digital products offered on this site -including fonts, illustrations, templates, and other design elements- are licensed, not sold.

a) Fonts

Unless otherwise stated, each font purchase includes a Desktop License, which permits:

  • Use on desktop/laptop devices.
  • Creation of graphics for print or static digital use (e.g., logos, books, packaging, posters, social media posts).
  • Embedding in workflow PDFs and image files, with strict limitations (please review the full license agreement included with your file).

The font license does NOT permit:

  • Website embedding (webfonts require a separate license).
  • Use in apps, e-books, or dynamic/interactive content.
  • Reuse in alphabet-based products intended for resale (e.g., stencils, stickers, digital scrapbooking alphabets, wall art).
  • Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the font files.

For commercial client work on a large scale, Print-on-Demand (POD), or corporate use, an extended, or Corporate License is required.

b) Graphic Design Resources

Graphic resources (e.g., illustrations, templates, mockups) may be used in personal or commercial design projects, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the files “as-is.”
  • Claim authorship or copyright of the original designs.
  • Include them in competing design marketplaces, open-source platforms, or bundles.

Always review the specific license text included with each product download.

3. Freebies

We occasionally offer free fonts or graphic files (“freebies”). These are still protected by copyright and are licensed strictly for limited use.

Freebies may not be:

  • Resold or redistributed in any form.
  • Uploaded to other websites, archives, or marketplaces.
  • Used in trademarked or large-scale commercial projects without explicit written permission (unless the freebie specifically includes a commercial license).

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or update free items at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All fonts, graphics, and site content are the intellectual property of Kyriaki Dimitriadou (GreekFonts.gr) and are protected by international copyright law. You may not copy, resell, upload, reverse-engineer, or repackage our digital assets.

5. Payments & Delivery

Our order process is conducted by our online resellers and Merchants of Record, Paddle and Payhip. Depending on the product or checkout method, you will be redirected to one of these secure platforms to complete your transaction.

As the Merchants of Record, Paddle and Payhip handle all payment processing, order fulfillment, customer service related to billing, and the collection/remittance of applicable local taxes or VAT.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the purchased digital files. No physical products are shipped.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window for our products, subject to strict conditions due to the nature of digital downloads.
Because fonts and digital graphics cannot be returned once accessed, refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:

  • The digital file has not been downloaded from our servers.
  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  • The file is proven to be technically defective or corrupted, and we are unable to provide a working replacement or resolve the issue.

Once a digital file has been downloaded, the sale is considered final and is no longer eligible for a refund. If you experience technical issues with your file, please contact us at xotikohandmade@gmail.com within the 14-day window so we can assist you.

7. Data Privacy

We collect limited personal information (such as your name, email, and IP address) when you make a purchase, contact us, or sign up for updates. Our data practices comply with:

  • The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP)
  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • US-based data transparency principles

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure our files are safe, accurately described, and of high quality. However, we cannot guarantee strict compatibility with all past, present, or future devices, operating systems, software, or design platforms. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, financial losses, or project delays resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest revision date. Your continued use of the site and our products implies your acceptance of any changes.
